Yoga for Kids ~ Ages 3-6

Join us for this fun class where kids and their grown ups can play, learn, and experience together. We’ll learn about mindfulness, yoga poses, and our breath in kid-friendly ways. These practices can increase balance, body awareness, coordination, attention span, and emotional regulation, and they are also opportunity to nourish healthful ways of being with our bodies and our minds, which is the cornerstone of mental and emotional health. These classes are designed to be a positive experience for both children and parents — and one where we will nurture the seeds of self-confidence, kindness to ourselves and others, and feelings of connection.

Yoga for Mothers

Mothering asks for a certain kind of giving, and in ways few other things do. While mothering can without-a-doubt be one of the most rewarding things, it can also be depleting, and especially without conscious time taken for one’s self. This class is as an offering for mama’s ~ a place where mother’s can come as they are, relax, unwind, and be in the company of other mother’s who get it. This is an opportunity for mom’s to prioritize them, and only them, for a whole hour and a half. This is an opportunity to give your attention to yourself, and/or just a time to be quiet and receive.

The class format: We’ll take a few minutes to ground and center; then we’ll move into a slow, alignment-focused flow, where every body is respected; then we will calm and recharge our nervous systems by ending the class in healing restorative poses, followed by savasana. No experience necessary. Come as you are.

Price: $20 per person

Location: TBD

Registration: Call, text or email me at (602) 653-8048 or sarah@sarahangelina.com
